Executive chef Raul Thomas is a New York native of Puerto Rican descent and is also the founder and owner of RT Hospitality Group where he passionately operates Raul's Catering Service. His experience of over 25 years will shine through with the thoughtfulness and professionalism that he brings to every event, from weddings to corporate events, birthdays and everything in between.

Raul and his team did an amazing job with our event. He personally greeted each table and ensured that our guest with special dietary needs was taken care of without missing a beat. His staff was beautiful, well dressed and very professional while serving his phenomenal cuisine and yummy desserts. Thank you Chef, we're looking forward to our holiday event.

Chef Raul and his staff provided great customer service. The food was seasoned well and cooked to absolute perfection! Cassandra, the event coordinator, delivered the food promptly and made sure that the host understood how to safely keep the food warm. She also gave great suggestions on how to display the food. Our menu consisted of Peruvian chicken, sweet plantains, yellow rice, black beans and vegetable medley. Everything was delicious! The next time we need catering for an event, we will definitely contact Chef Raul and his team!

Raul was the perfect caterer for my bridal shower! He arrived and set up everything and made sure we had everything we expected. The food was amazing. I can't wait to sue Raul again!

There was nothing that I wanted for. Even before I could ask, they were attending to my every need. Even when it came to my wedding favors, they so willing to take the hassle away so I could get ready for my wedding. The food was absolutely amazing.

We has a dinner for 45 people. We were not sure how to serve the food. Chef Raul gave us great suggestions. He thought of every detail. His staff were professional and friendly. We will use him again and again. He truly helped make the night a great success.
