I have used Spartan Renovations for everything from flooring, to painting, to carpet (just today), roofing and a few repairs as well. I will tell you that I was in the Marine Corps for a long time. So I am very big on Punctuality, Professionalism, Taking Ownership, and Accountability for your project. But Most Importantly, Attention to Detail... I would recommend Spartan Renovation 100 times if I could!!! I had them build an outside patio aluminum covering and run power to 3 locations on the structure. We are extremely pleased with how everything turned out! The roof looks very durable and well-made. It exceeded our expectations. Juan and his team of skilled employees went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. He maintained contact through every step of the way and addressed every concern we had. I can honestly tell you that I will be reaching out to them for every job I need at home (indoors or outdoors). Its not easy finding a company that is reliable, trustworthy, hard-working, and produces work of good quality. I highly recommend them!!!

Could not be happier! I have been struggling for weeks to get anyone to come to my house for small patch jobs throughout. JR responded immediately and scheduled me as soon as possible. I had terrible cracks in the ceiling of my 1930s historical home and lots of wear and tear on the walls. He was here on time, put down protective plastic, worked quickly and efficiently, and even cleaned up! Best of all, his services were affordable.I am so glad I found this company. I will be calling them for all future jobs at my house. I wish I had taken before and after photos to show the dramatic improvement and tidy repairs!
