Jack was extremely professional. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and came fully prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment. His expertise was evident as he assessed the wall and discussed the optimal placement for the TV. Throughout the installation process, Jack exhibited great attention to detail. He ensured that the TV was level, securely attached to the wall, and all cables neatly concealed. The end result is a beautifully mounted TV that looks like a work of art in my living room. What truly stood out was Jack’s friendly and courteous demeanor. He patiently answered all my questions, explained the process step by step, and left the area clean and tidy after completing the job.
