- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable considering the years I’ve been working as a handyman/contractor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Showing up on time, neatly dressed for work, contacting the customer to figure out their exact needs and making sure the job is done the right way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just curious and wanting to fix things at a young age, only a little training from other contractors is the only education, I have been self taught for the most part.
