As a facility manager in Atlanta the last 5 years I’ve managed Passion City Church. I’ve led 2 class A commercial buildings, 1 at 110,00 sq/ft & the other at 145,000 sq/ft. I’ve learned skills in building maintenance that reach everything from Commercial Buildings to residential properties.
A few of my specialties are handyman repairs, carpentry, custom builds, remodeling, renovations, interior & exterior general contracting work.

I’m so glad I found Ricky with Shearman Solutions. I was desperate to find someone with true carpentry skills to install gorgeous 3D peel-and-stick faux brick panels on a wall in my basement. I sent photos of the project, and Ricky called me the very same day and scheduled the installation for the next day.
Once the work began, it quickly became obvious that this was a much more challenging project than either of us anticipated. The panels had to be perfectly aligned, and many pieces required precise cutting with a chain saw to achieve a seamless, professional finish. What could have been an excuse to rush the job or ask for more money became a testament to Ricky's integrity and work ethic.
He worked for nearly nine hours to make sure every detail was perfect. Even though the project took far longer than expected, he honored his original quote, telling me, *"I gave you the initial quote, and I stand by it."* That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days.
The finished wall is absolutely stunning. I was literally jumping up and down because the room looked so incredible! The faux brick panels look like real masonry, and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations.
Because of how amazing this project turned out, I already plan to add faux brick accent walls in other areas of my home—and I won't trust anyone else to do the work. Ricky with Shearman Solutions has earned my business for life.

Ricky was very helpful with evaluating my fence & letting me know how he could help. He also was understanding of my budget. He replaced certain parts of my fence that had rotted away with new pieces of wood & hauled off the old parts the same day. I'll definitely be hiring him again for my future projects!
