Contacted Junky Jon for junk removal. He gave a great price and came same day so I could get my garage straightened out! I didn’t even have to be home. Left everything outside and he sent a picture of my clean driveway when he finished. Easy from start to finish!

used Jon recently for junk removal of an old mattress and box spring and again to pick up some purchased furniture from the store to delivery to my home. I simply texted him the pics, he quoted me an extremely low price for each service. Reliable, punctual and very professional. I am so pleased!

I did need a tree service instead Of Junky Jon. But before we decided that, he was very attentive -requested pictures, quick to reply, and even offered a referral when we decided a tree service would better fit the. I will definitely call him again when I need his services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum is $45 and goes up from there. It is all based on how much there is, how long it takes to load, and the overall weight. I cannot take any hazardous material if any kind. Paint, tires, mattresses and box springs all cost extra as Cobb County dump charges extra so I have to add and pass in those extra charges also. I do not make anything on those items.?
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once they contact me, I ask for pictures of what they want hauled away to be texted to me at 7707337749. I review, ask any questions, await response. I then will respond with a quote and let them know when I can get them scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
None. I’m a college graduate, and have been in transportation for over 40 years
