- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price a job as though I am the customer. I run a property management company and some of the quotes I receive for jobs are outrageous.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answer the ad. Then complete project. If you need leaves raked, please tell us how big the yard of leaves that needs to be raked.
