I’m upfront about all costs — no hidden fees — and I’m happy to provide quotes, explain the breakdown, and work within your budget when possible. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs, goals, and expectations. Once I have a clear idea of what they’re looking for, I provide a detailed plan or quote — making sure everything is transparent and easy to understand. I believe in clear communication from day one, so I stay in touch throughout the process, check in regularly, and make sure the customer is satisfied every step of the way. My goal is to build trust and deliver great results from the very first job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained hands-on experience in general construction through years of on-the-job training, working alongside skilled professionals and learning every step of the process — from framing and drywall to finishing and repairs. I've completed safety training and stay up to date with building codes and construction best practices, especially those relevant to Georgia. My experience has taught me not just how to get the job done, but how to do it safely, efficiently, and up to code. I take pride in combining practical skills with a strong work ethic to deliver solid, dependable results.
