I started with Seanta's self-care Sunday's in June of 2020. I did not know at the time hiw big an impact those sessions would have on me. Seanta challenged me to be fully engaged in my own thought processes. She helped me to dig deep into whether or not I had genuine fulfillment or just going through the motions. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount for ALL veterans
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a 60 minute empowerment introductory session. The remaining sessions are 45-60 minutes of authentic work, accountability, reflection, and celebration.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. I am a graduate of Coach For Life Institute, trained and certified using the fulfillment coaching model, since 2001. I am a certified mediator in Conflict Resolution and a graduate of the Department of Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute.
I am a retired officer from the United States Air Force where I spent over 20 years, living, working, supporting, promoting, and empowering individuals of all ages, economic status, creeds and cultures.
