- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing per session is set at $100.00. The price is fair due to the level of conversation and action items that will take place as a result. My background and level of detail offered will catapult your thought leadership and career progression efforts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is getting to know the 5 Whys about them and their perceived next steps. I like to derive at a problem statement within the first 5 minutes and then go into brainstorming and asking, "Why and/or What happened to get here"? I leverage the art of reflection to ensure we are on the same page and propose a solution for the last remaining moments of the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in Leadership for over 25 years and have led large organizations within Healthcare IT. I have a BA in Business Managment. I specialize in mentoring, grooming and developing talent at all levels. I am certified as a Life coach and hold sessions with other business units to ensure career growth and profitability.
