Charged per hour but offered flat rate. The job was projected at two hours per his hourly fee. I advised 15-20 boxes approximately for 2-3 PM. And confirmed 2. He called at 1:30 to advise 2:30 and I was fine. After loading most of the items some in boxes and some not, he said anything more would be extra. We had only been working 35 minutes. I was not pleased and advised him he is forgoing any tip. We left and he finished at 3:50PM. I should have had the opportunity to get all my items with 40 minutes left to use. He did not offer any discount. I had to find help to get the rest of my items. To tired to argue with him. Be aware of the time and the amount you expect. You should at least get your full time even if you have 5 more on your rough estimate!! He adjusted his time to arrive at his convenience. Why couldn't he have adjusted and just took the 5 or7 items laying right at the door. Go figure!
