I specialize in 1-on-1 personal training for all genders and fitness levels, especially clients who want results and feel supported along the way.
With a background as a dance coach and Throwback Fitness coach, my workouts are challenging, intentional, and never boring. I’m ACE Certified, BLS certified, and also a phlebotomist, so safety, proper form, and smart training are always my top priorities.
My sessions focus on:
Strength training & functional movement
Proper form and injury prevention
Intentional stretching and mobility (a client favorite!)
Personalized programming based on your goals
