Complete waste of time and wanted $85 for a "service call" instead of honoring the "free quote." Please avoid - super shady and rude. This gentleman contacted me because his heater is not working. I told him that we offer free estimates and service calls are $85. He wanted to know the difference between the estimate and the $85. I told him if I pull up tool out of my tool bag it becomes a service call. He simply left this review because he did not like what I said. I have not and will not do any work for this gentleman.
Daryle responded back to me the same day I put in my inquiry and agreed to show up the next day at a time that fit my schedule. He identified the problem with my pool and helped me to understand what I was doing wrong. I used OTDE last year and when it came time for them to come out and clean my pool this year he came out to start it sent me a text message saying I needed to fill my pool which I did and never heard back from them. To be honest, when you own a pool, you have to be responsible for your pool. You cannot call a pool company in the spring and expect them to take care of your neglect that happen for six months over the winter. I told this customer last spring that they needed to replace their liner, which has multiple tears in it, and they refused to make the necessary changes. Now I am the bad guy because I no longer want to service their pool when I cannot get them to make the necessary changes to maintain their pool properly.
