Dominick did a very good job on both my small single story rental house and my two-story home. He did work that was beyond what our agreement called for on both. We had an issue on my home, which he promptly addressed, staying until very late in the evening to ensure that we were happy with the result--which was superior. I absolutely recommend him for pressurewashing & soft washing.

Mr. George showed up at the scheduled time and educated me as to what exactly I needed in the way of washing my house. He displayed a wealth of knowledge about pressurewashing buildings that needed lighter pressure to clean to avoid damage to the siding and backing. My house is shinning in the sun the next day and looks better then I could get it using long handle scrub brushes which I tried myself for two years. A very exhausting experience. I intend to hire Mr. George at least twice a year and maybe three times a year to keep my home looking clean and bright. Mr. George has a very pleasant personality and has a fanatical desire to do a great job for his own satisfaction as well as his customers.

I had my home pressurewashed and let me tell you, it really needed it. Dominick was absolutely great! He was polite, professional, and just a really nice guy. He worked very hard and our house looks so good! I would recommend him to anyone for this job. We will use him again in the future!

I've had a lot of pressurewashing jobs done at my home over the years but none were done to the level that Dominick did ! He was very detailed and took his time and is very curtious. He communicated in a timely fashion and arrived on the job on time.He pressurewashed two decks, and underside of top deck and back and front of the house. After the sun dried things out i can't tell you how pleased i am with his work. He also took it upon himself to go outside the scope of work by PW my garage doors and grills and such without any extra charge. I highly recommend him ! Mike S.

Phenomenal job! I live in a townhouse and have a courtyard that has a patio, wooden columns and two brick walls. I had it all pressurewashed. I am TOTALLY AMAZED a what a great job Dominick did! It looks phenomenal now and it was a mess before. In addition, he is a true pleasure to work with. He is extremely professional, courteous and conscientious! Will most definitely be using his services in the future.

In general our rates are very competitive without compromising in quality or professionalism. We are able to execute various project types at various scales due to our efficient processes. This saves on both time and labor cost, which in turn we keep transparent and is reflected in our overall project costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our no pressure attitude starts with Cleanscapes presenting our service options to the client. We develop a specific plan of treatment for that client at no cost. The customer hires us for their job.
