I contacted RentHouse RPM because I needed to rent out my home very quickly due to a job transfer, and after the first contact they were in charge of the entire process. My home was in need of some repairs and they took the ball and ran with it. They made the repairs at extremely fair rates. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?If you contact other property management companies, how come they hide their fees or do not make them available for viewing? Is it because they are trying to hard sell when they meet with the property owner? Most likely..... NOT us! We publish our prices so their is no misunderstanding. Our prices are simple and published....
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All the time! We keep ourselves immersed in the industry both by staying in the classroom - teaching and being taught!
- What types of customers have you worked with?Day to day operations include handling all aspects of property management - accounting, handling of prospective tenants, screening, maintenance and much more.
