Came back from a vacation to find that a tree had fallen in my backyard while I was away. How it landed had me nervous to let my dogs out in the backyard, so I reached out to get an estimate on removing it. Robert was quick to reply and came out within a couple of hours to assess the situation. He was very friendly and the estimate was very reasonable. I didn't end up needing the services because I had a friend who was able to help, but I appreciated Robert's communication and professionalism.
