Honestly I didn't even get to have them come down my lawn the one star is not valid as far as work preference I gave the one star for the app or something this is how I believe things got mixed up i first hired a crew to start maintaining my lawn Musgrove lawn service it was they came out didn't speak with me at all came did job and left then a couple days later I got a notification saying I was being charged a extra 130 dollars for a hi grass fee this company said the grass was over 9in it was not even close 😀 so I disputed it and got my money back and requested a new pro and there's where it booked two different people and the other team showed up before they did it was just a mix up

this guy booked us ,thumbtack took my money for the lead and then when it was time for me to cut the lawn, he said somebody else had already didn't. not sure why you are putting a review at all. a review for thumbtack the app dose not go here
