Currently, services Piedmont Urgent Care medical facilites (for the last 2+ years) and provides post-construction cleaning for newly built U-haul facilities. As needed, we works with local real estate brokers, builders and various other businesses, providing commercial cleaning. Our dynamic team is seeking to build new professional relationships and gain new contracts.
Ascend Integrated Solutions, LLC, an insured company, agrees to provide labor, supervision and all specific material and equipment, as needed, to assure exceptional performance of all specified cleaning services for the customer.
This will include all services: Daily/or as needed cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming. Clean bathrooms, breakroom, windows, doors. If needed, Ascend Integrated Solutions agrees to provide additional cleaning service, i.e., cleaning carpet/waxing floors - fees will be included.
