Very nice and explains the situation and the issue that may or may not be the problem. He repaired my Mac desk top and also my widows laptop at the same time. I highly recommend him and I will use him again.
FYI: I reached out to him yesterday and he came the very next day.

OMG where do I start!?? Rich is truly amazing at what he does. I’ve been looking for a tech for about 9 months to help restore my iPad back to its original state and everyone couldn’t do it. When I first reached out Rich and he said he COULD, I was a bit skeptical. He was so prompt with replying and came SAME DAY. In a few hours after I reached out to him actually. He fixed and restored my iPad back to brand new in a timely manner. I’m so sooo happy with his work & will definitely be using his services again & HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you so much Rich!!!
