I am truly grateful to Marcus and Chris. They were very responsive and were able to schedule my service for the next day which I appreciate because I did not want my chandelier to fall down. I just came here to say, I didn’t go with Happy Pappy’s but I wish I did. I bought a desk and a hutch and needed it put together. When they quoted me, I thought it was a bit high, so I shopped around and landed on TaskRabbit. I found a guy who had a relatively low hourly rate and some experience assembling furniture. However, TaskRabbit adds on a fee to that rate, and once they start, you’re kind of at the mercy of however long it takes. So 1) it probably took longer to put together this way as I’m assuming Happy Pappy’s would have sent 2 guys out, and 2) since it did take longer, and I had to pay an hourly rate, I ended up paying more! I guess I’ve learned my lesson. Next time I need help with something, I’m going to Happy Pappy’s. Hope this helps somebody.
