Ikim provided an estimate within budget for a total kitchen remodel removing a wall between my kitchen and dining room. The house was build in the 70's so outdated. He painted the entire home internally. Build a new bathroom and walk-in closet in the basement adding value to my home. He took up carpet and put wood floors. My house is bright and cheery just the way I wanted it. These pictures are just part of the kitchen remodel.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had them remodel my kitchen and build a bench. Small details matter and make the kitchen look better, but Ikim and his team do not pay attention to details. He had a guy on his team that said he was an electrician and said he could move a light switch for me. He ended up messing up the wiring that one of my guest rooms didn’t have any power. Ikim had to call in an actual electrician to come in and fix the issue. I had him knock down a pantry to put my refrigerator there and he messed up the water line and my sink that it smells like sewer in my house I fired him at that point and asked him to leave. Now I have to call a plumber to fix the issue. He also quoted me a week to remodel my kitchen but it ended up being 2 weeks. I had no sink for a week and a half. They are also very messy and do not clean up for themselves. We had to clean after they left every day. Very unprofessional. He had an excuse for everything, saying the guy wasn’t a plumber after he messed it up. If you knew he wasn’t a plumber why would you allow him to work on my plumbing. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m really unhappy worse $13,000 I spent.

I am sorry that you feel the way that you do. I really am! However, my guy never said that he is an electrician. He said that he could relocate the the lights and switches. Granted, he did not get the wiring right. Lets get this part right. I called one of my electricians to correct the issue. He had done that of no charge and other electrical work that he had charged you for because it was not on our agreement. In reference to the pantry or, more accurately wall and waterline that were moved, was executed properly. You expected for me to paint it but you did not pay me to paint it. You ordered a high tech sink from Japan and you would not let us finish. you guys seemed to have carpenters at the end of the remodel. Your kitchen is beautiful! You should have let us go over the finish work. Please, post before and after pictures of what you are upset about. show your built in furniture and price it. I'm sure that it will gain peoples interest. you've gotten top of the line craftsmanship for a very good price. Also, I said that i can start this week and finish next week and, kitchen under contract tends to be out of order. Peace and blessings, Ms. Laureano.
