What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My standard process with a new client, is to treat the customer as if he or she was my own mother, daughter, or wife. Meaning each client will be treated with the highest level of respect, patience, and generosity.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with an array of clients, from military to civilian: various ages, ethnic groups, and religions. I believe, we are all God's Children and should be able to live and work together on one accord.

My advice to a customer describing a problem area, is to provide precise photos of the issue(s). This way the pro has a better opportunity to properly access the matter. Take photos from various angles to provide a more detailed account of the issue you are experiencing.
