HELLO Friends! Let me start off by saying CONGRATS on your engagement! Champagne & Pearl has been a traveling photography business for over 5 years ran by me, Kelsey DeJesus, who has a special love of weddings. Creating family heirlooms is such an honor for me. Marriage is one great journey you'll set out on. It challenges you to be the best version of yourself while pushing you to be the best partner for your spouse. Remember the excitement for your first date? Or the rush of adrenaline as he popped the question? Those feelings are the reason I'm a photographer. A LITTLE ABOUT ME: Growing up, being creative was in my nature. I had no idea that I wanted to be a photographer until that door in my life opened. I always took pictures and enjoyed scrapbooking as a way to preserve my own memories, but never did I imagine this as my career nor think about it as a dream job in elementary school. Actually, back then I wanted to be a Vet or Architect. My creative path started in middle school art class drawing perspectives of homes when I realized I wanted to eventually run my own business. I dreamed of being this famous Architect making millions - HAHA yeah okay! This aspiration continued up through college when I fell into Interior Design, Film Production, Graphics, and Music; Passions I still marvel over and hobby with to this day. The time that I've spent learning every creative outlet I could eventually pointed me to realizing my dream job as I fell into Photography. Over the years I've realized it's better to be true to myself and that I loved using my natural god given talents to bring joy and beautiful things into the lives of the people I cross paths with. WHY I'M DIFFERENT: Your wedding day is going to be the most incredible, emotion-filled and fast-paced day of your life! When you hire me as your photographer you get more then just photos, you get a friend to watch yours and your dresses back, a frequent wedding goer and timeline planner to help your day go smooth, and a hassle-free experience from our first meeting continually through to the album delivery. On your day, what's important to you, is important to me; I'll take care of making sure you look amazing in your photos while you relax and have fun! I believe that every bride deserves more than just pretty pictures, she deserves an incredible photographer! I have strong passion for helping brides treasure the most beautiful moments of their wedding day.
