Claudy was incredibly quick to respond and make time to come to my house and assess my issue. He fixed the entire problem inside of an hour and was kind enough to explain his work to me when I asked in case there were any future issues I would happily call him again.

Claudy was great. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable.
He quickly diagnosed the issue with my unit and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and how thorough he was with the repair — no shortcuts, just solid, honest work.
Claudy was also very respectful of my home, making sure to clean up after the job was done. If you need reliable, efficient, and trustworthy AC repair, I highly recommend Claudy. You won’t be disappointed!

Claudy tried to charge 500 dollars to recharge the unit which is relatively cheap. Did not address fixing where the leak was coming from. Had to talk him way down on price for a temporary fix.

Details: Repair • Only warm air is blowing from the vents • Unit won't turn on or off • Basement • Ground floor • House
