FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every project begins with a clear estimate so you know exactly what to expect before work starts. During our July soft launch, customers can take advantage of discounted introductory rates on select services. We also proudly support our community and will offer special discounts for seniors, veterans, and first responders on qualifying services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and stress-free. We start by learning about your needs through a phone call or online request. Next, we schedule an on-site visit to assess the project, answer your questions, and provide a clear, upfront estimate. Once approved, we'll schedule the work at a convenient time and keep you informed throughout the process. After the job is complete, we walk through the finished work with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Our goal is to build long-term relationships by providing reliable, trustworthy service you can count on; especially for seniors and families who want a dependable home service partner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring more than 23 years of leadership and operations experience as a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant, where attention to detail, safety, accountability, and customer service were essential every day. As the owner of TruBlue Home Service Ally of South Savannah, I am currently completing my Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) training to better serve seniors and help them remain safe and independent in their homes. I also receive ongoing training through the TruBlue franchise network, staying current on home maintenance best practices, senior home safety, and professional home service standards.
