- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a flat rate of $40 for our Simple Clean, which includes baseboards, kitchen, bathrooms, sinks, and floors. You can add deep cleaning extras like window cleaning, inside appliances, or carpet shampooing for $50 each. No hidden fees, and we provide bundle quotes for larger jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the size of your space and your top cleaning priorities. After that, you can book through our website or by phone. On the day of the clean, we show up on time, do a walkthrough (if you're home), and confirm the tasks before we begin. Payment is made after the job is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on training with professional cleaning supplies, safety procedures, and customer care. We’ve also completed multiple residential and short-term rental cleanings, gaining experience in high standards of sanitation and presentation.
