No charge for initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with client. If a buyer have an hour buyer consultation to go over the process. In the State of Georgia, buyers get free representation to protect them. If a Seller, we will meet and walk the home, go over what is needed to get the home ready to sell, hire a stager if needed, hire professional photographer once house is ready and put the home on market

BBA in accounting, inactive appraisers license, active State of Georgia Real Estate Salesperson license
