Had issues with water backing up the tank and gave them a call. They were there within 3 hours of my call and had me fixed within 2 hours of arrival though it was just a clog and nothing else. Fast and professional, definitely the one to keep the number for when things go wrong.

We truly cant say enough great things about Open Water Septic! We ran into an issue early Sunday morning and reached out around 7:30 a.m., not expecting such a quick response, but they were incredibly fast getting back to us and scheduling someone to come out. Mike explained everything over the phone and made a worrisome situation much more understandable. He was very transparent and thorough in his explanations! The technician, Alec, arrived by noon and was absolutely fantastic. He worked efficiently, handled everything, and made a stressful situation so much easier for us. Were beyond grateful for the prompt service and quality work. Highly, highly recommend Open Water Septic!

What a great company! Called on a Sunday afternoon in a bind and Mike with open water septic came through for me big time! Made sure I wasnt stuck without functioning water drainage and came back the next day to follow up and check over my entire system. Very thorough, thoughtful, great attention to detail and competitively priced! Will be my permanent septic company moving forward! Thank you again Mike! Would highly recommend!!
