He pulled the shingles on my roof, replaced some damaged wood and installed new shingles. He did a great job! I like the fact that he showed up when he said he would and completed in a timely manner.

William helped us a lot when we were trying to find a person who can deal with our multiple requests.
He fixed our broken bathroom fan, our deformed porch lumbers and fallen backyard gate; changed our light switch, leaking faucet, rotted garden timbers and fence posts; and painted a corner of our bathroom, front and side porches and the whole fence.
He did all above in about two days in such a hot summer. We were very much appreciated his hard working, and very much pleased with the quality.
And also very important, the price was so reasonable, that we even paid him more for all he's done. Before him we had called at least 5 companies or persons to have a check of our house and gave us a quote, so we knew how high we would possibly get charged. But obviously William didn't manage to do so.
Over all it was a good experience hiring him to work for us. Highly recommended to anyone who wants less trouble but more work done with a reasonable price.
