Introduction: I use my experience along with my associates experience to provide a great service to our Guests. I am a certified Executive Chef with mostly Luxury hotel experience. I truly love to work with great food and people. I have received many compliments not only on the presentation of quality food, and service. but also that My price is one that not only is fair but I have been told many times that I am appreciated for not charging extra, for the little things that can come up. I have been in the Hospitality field for 30 plus years. I am blessed with doing what i truly love, the ability to provide a hospitality experience that will be cherished and remembered for a long time. Chef Quatrano catered my wedding with just under 100 guests. We had Prime Rib, Crab stuffed shrimp, stuffed chicken and much more. The guests still talk about how great the food was. I would recommend him if your looking for a great event with food to remember!

Keith, was excesllent to work with. He also brought plenty of servers and gave excellent service to our party of around 100 people. The food was very good and the guest were very complimentive. I have already decided to use him again for our Christmas party.

I typically provide a cost per person.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
after the interested contact is verified I like to set up an meeting . to discuss how to plan and facilitate a flawless event.. BTW, I have always secured the job after the first meeting. I am, along with my regular clients discreet. having said that I do not provide private numbers or pictures for reference.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I can send my resume that list my achievement's, I am also affiliated with professional hospitality groups.
