- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent. As long as we stay within the scope of work we agreed on there will never be a price increase. In the event you’d like to add work to, or take away, we will discuss that in real time, and how it could change pricing whether higher or lower. We never want you to be surprised, and will never change pricing without your approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First an initial call or dialogue to get a few details about the project. Then an alway free in home estimate. Then we will go over all of the details, ideas, and discuss exactly what the projects looks like as it relates to their schedule, and disruption to their daily routine. A clear defined scope will follow with exact pricing.
