We are a competitively priced professional locksmith service. We offer a price match guarantee as well. Feel free to shop around. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This can vary based on the locksmith service requested. If you are locked out of your house or locked out of your car, we simply ask for an address so we know where to find you, and a phone number in case the locksmith has trouble finding you when he arrives. We consider all lockouts to be an emergency locksmith service, so we head to you immediately. If you are locked out between 10pm and 8am, we ask that you contact us by phone to ensure prompt response.
If you need to change your door locks at your home or business, we will typically follow up with additional questions to ensure we understand the scope of your needs. We do this so we can provide both an accurate estimate, and ensure we are performing your service in the most cost effective manner possible.
For example: We just had a customer here on Thumbtack request that we change all the locks in her new home. After a few questions, we realized she just needed to rekey locks she already had on the doors. This saved her A LOT of money, as changing her locks would mean purchasing new hardware and having it all installed for her.

I worked for a locksmith company full time in NYC for 6 years. Before opening Foxhound Locksmith here in Ringgold, GA in Jan. 2017, I apprenticed in Atlanta, GA for an additional 2 years alongside another top-rated locksmith.
