- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by the square foot. Each project has its own details and requirements so it is best to make a detailed on site assessment to ensure the project is correctly priced based on the customers requests and our professional assessment of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explanations to the customer during initial contact would include a pre set project assessment date and time to be on the property to meet with the customer and evaluate the their wants and needs. Then to obtain detailed assessment and measurements of project. Customer can then be given multiple product options and colors to choose while we provide optional recommendations based on their homes specifics features as well as the features of surrounding homes in there area. Once the detailed assessment, measurements, and options have been completed then we can accurately price the project to the customer.
