- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication set the Tone. Client reaches out, I would submit a Client Inquiry Form to Client or follow up through this app. So I can get an understanding of what my client wants, then I would send over a Contract to Hire with Invoice of a Retainer Request. Final, once retainer is received and date is confirmed, we all set to go. ****Remaining/Final payment would have to paid 1 week prior to the day of event.
