I hired Daddy's Girl BBQ catered my friends bridal shower and it was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, Markie was very responsive, honoring all my menu request. Her staff did a walk through of the venue beforehand to come up with a plan for set up and get acquainted with the venue. They do more than BBQ, our menu was brunch: shrimp and grits, waffles bar, fried chicken, eggs, turkey sausage, salad, pasta salad, and fruit. It was served buffet style in nice chaffing dishes with staff that was there most of our event. They were professional, courteous, and on time. All the guests were very impressed and many of their business cards were requested. I will most definitely be using Daddy's Girl BBQ again. Very impressed.

The owner of Daddy's girl BBQ Markie, was awesome and extremely professional. She delivered exactly what I requested, her staff was professional and on time and she accommodated all of my needs. The food was absolutely, delicious and you can't go wrong with the candied yams!

Words really cannot express the greatness of Markie Darling. From the moment she responded to my request until she delivered our food she has been incredible! We are forever grateful to Daddy's Girl BBQ for making my husband's 50th Birthday Party a success. The Shrimp and Grits...OMG...enough said. The Bourbon wings...let me just say that one of the guest left with a storage bag full as he was eating them out of the bag. Daddy's Girl BBQ has become a part of our family and we will be contacting her again for our catering needs. Thank you so much!

Exceptional!

I hired Daddy's Girl BBQ to cater a summer brunch on my deck. They were affordable, professional, punctual, and most importantly, the food was AMAZING--everyone is still talking about the french toast casserole.
