Seyi was professional, responsive, and efficient from start to finish. He communicated clearly, arrived as scheduled, and completed the work the same day. The job involved replacing a damaged floorboard under the sink and sealing potential entry points to prevent rodent access. He handled both the structural repair and sealing effectively, and also addressed an additional entry point near the staircase. He provided an invoice, accepted payment electronically, and kept communication consistent throughout the process. The work was completed promptly and resolved the issue as expected.
