- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Handyman service calls; we do have a 2 hour minimum that we charge per entire job. For larger jobs; We charge $99.00 to prepare an estimate, however this price is applied to the cost of service should you decide to use our company for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first come out to prepare an estimate. Should the customer decide to move forward, we will work closely with them in all aspects of the project (material selection, partnering with insurance companies, steps in the process, etc.). When the customer is completely satisfied with the work, we will ensure that all paperwork is completed and filed correctly, with copies provided to the customer.
