Working with Vernon was a pleasure! We connected late on Friday. By the following Tuesday he started the work. Found my simple project of replacing my kitchen faucet came with mold underneath the sink. He documented it all, sent me photos and began mitigating the mold immediately. He came back on Thursday to finish up the work, my Mom who was home while I was at work, liked him so much I added a few more task, which he accomplished on Thursday as well. Paying was also a breeze.
Finally the best part of this exchange, he brought my Mom a candy bar after she told him she was craving chocolate and couldn’t drive. When I have more projects I will contact BOSS first. Thank you!!

Vernon was very professional and responsive, which was much appreciated after dealing with contractors that were not. We hired him to finish a flooring job that others failed to do, and he got it done. He provides quality workmanship and you can tell that he takes pride in his work; although a bit of a perfectionist, which can get pricey when you're paying by the hour.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Handyman service calls; we do have a 2 hour minimum that we charge per entire job.
For larger jobs; We charge $99.00 to prepare an estimate, however this price is applied to the cost of service should you decide to use our company for the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first come out to prepare an estimate. Should the customer decide to move forward, we will work closely with them in all aspects of the project (material selection, partnering with insurance companies, steps in the process, etc.). When the customer is completely satisfied with the work, we will ensure that all paperwork is completed and filed correctly, with copies provided to the customer.
