Desmond is my go-to handyman. He helped me convert my chimney breast a new electric water vapor fireplace. He removed the old wood burning flu and closed off the attic space. He designed a custom “firebox” to meet my unusual specs, and completed all the framing and drywall. We discovered an issue during dry fit, and Desmond adjusted the design to handle it no problem! I also had Desmond renovate the bathrooms in my condo - he and his subcontractor demo’d 2 old bath tubs with tile surrounds and hauled everything away. I picked out a new tub, shower pan, surrounds & fixtures and they installed everything beautifully. My bathrooms are so nice now! Desmond also installed a recessed toilet paper holder in my bathroom cabinet so we don’t have to keep the TP on the sink anymore!

Desmond did an absolutely remarkable job installing our doors. Extremely precise took his time and made sure that he did a quality job. He also was able to help us out and come as soon as we asked him for his help in a very timely manner. Will definitely be using him again for future projects
