Henna is a big part of my culture and since I was little, my family would do henna to celebrate holidays, festivals, and weddings. Salaam did henna at the Atlanta Arab festival this past fall, she did lots of beautiful designs on people. The lines were long so I didn’t get a chance to get a full henna done. Near the end of the festival once more people were gone, I approached her to see if I could get something small and she was kind enough to do a quick design for me even after she had closed her services. She was nice and professional and I like the quality of her work.
