- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is already set at a low rate to help make it easy on the pockets. Discounts are provided for weekly and every two weeks of cleaning services. Ask about the referral program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new customer we like to receive a tour of the entire house or the area that is receiving the service. We like to ask questions to better understand what the customer is looking for and provide excellent service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Aiding Errands began through one individual volunteering with seniors and the disabled cleaning and sanitizing their environment. With referrals Aiding Errands has been growing ever since.
