- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise customers not to eliminate potential providers solely based on a lack of reviews and/or some negative reviews. Many providers are new to thumbtack and are just looking for opportunities to prove their worth. We are a transparent company. We give all of the clients we come in contact with the benefit of a doubt when booking a move/cleaning job. However, we require transparency from our clients to make your moves as smooth as possible. We have undergone a company overhaul in the last couple of months, and are even better than before. Please do not think our reviews are fake or inflated, they are not! Our bad reviews are the reason for the change in employees and company policies. There is always two sides to every story and only one side was shared. We do not comment on reviews, that is one individuals opinion. They are allowed that, just like we are allowed to do the best we can to accommodate everyone; that's not always the case unfortunately.
