Magic Opulence LLC. is designed to partner with our clients by leasing property on a 12 months basis to provide stay for our traveling clients. Our company will become the lease holders and pay the monthly rent rate just as a normal tenant would. Our clients typically utilize the unit anywhere from 30-120 days. All of our clients are top tier professionals and individuals. They are all nonsmokers, pet free and screened through a background check and are inclusively taken care of by our company here at Magic Opulence. Our clients will integrate perfectly into your community without disturbing any of the current long-term tenants. After each stay, our professional cleaning team provides a detailed cleaning, to ensure that the unit always stays in excellent for-sale condition.
