- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive on pricing, there are a lot of things that are calculated into every job. Insurance and workman compensation is not cheap on its own, gas trucks tools to do the job properly. This also refers back to going with the lowest price, is this guy certified and insured. If he has a leak and is not issued will my insurance company even cover it because I didn’t make sure he had insurance. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet, use shoe covers at every house no exceptions. Is my truck parked in a good place or where would you prefer I park? find out why I am there and if they have any past issues with this system in the past? Is there anything else they would like to bring to my attention before starting. If this is an install we lay drop clothes from where we enter to where the system is.
