Richard was great, came early and went over what type of pictures we wanted. Thanksgiving day, only time we could all get together and he took time for us on a holiday. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is still in development. I expect to have packages that fit most budgets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting a new customer! I want them to know a bit about their photographer, but I am mostly interested in listening to their needs. It is very important to me to understand what a customer needs so I can provide service that is better than they expected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I photographed my first wedding in 1984. I am a professional educator, and I am a lifelong learner. I have been working for the last 11 plus years as a professional portrait photographer and trainer for one of the finest photography companies around.
