- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and fair. We price based on the volume of junk, access (stairs, distance), and disposal fees, and we always quote all-in pricing with no hidden charges. Most jobs fall in the $150–$350 range, and smaller items can be less. Photos help us give the most accurate quote up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out, we ask for photos, location, and access details. We then provide a clear price and available time window. On service day, we arrive on time, handle all the loading and disposal, and clean up the area before leaving. Payment is collected after the job is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on work in junk removal, cleanouts, and property services. We understand safe lifting, proper disposal, and how to protect homes and property while working. We focus on doing the job efficiently and correctly every time.
