- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a quality product at a very fair price. We do not mark up any materials or items we use on individual projects. We generally run 5 to 6 specials a year. And offer incentives for customers that keep us year-round. Weekly customers receive a substantial discount and membership perks unmatched in the industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Complete transparency I do not charge on materials plants, pine straw, mulch, or anything of that nature. I provide receipts and a fair price on labor. I’m an open book. The only dumb question is the one that you don’t ask.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18 years of in the field experience. I worked at Report landscape and Yellowstone landscape the two biggest companies in the country and amassed an 18 year career.
