FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try my best to make pricing fair. I am transparent about pricing throughout the process and almost always land on my estimated price. I can be flexible based on customer budget restraints and am open to price discussion at any phase of the project. I almost never take money upfront. You will receive an invoice after I have received 100% payment upon satisfied completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to determine the scope of work. This usually requires a free site visit and consultation. Then I can provide you with a price, drawings, and timeline. Once we make an agreement you will be on my schedule and we will remain in touch until the job is completed to your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have OSHA30 training. 3 years commercial construction experience (commercial metal building and greenhouses). As well as 5+ years of multidisciplinary trade and handyman experience (framing carpentry, finish carpentry, plumber, electrician, welder, landscaper, etc). I have a B.S. in Biological Engineering from The Ohio State University. I have passed the TN Business and Law exam - Trade Exam is ongoing.
