- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would like for the customer to know ,that I aim to compete with anyone's prices, and beat it most of the time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to meet my customers face to face. Go over the project they need done. Answer any questions they might have ,and try my best to let them know they are in good hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on training, that's how I've learned to do this type of work. If there is a aspect of a job that I'm not familiar with .I find someone that is qualified for that ,and subcontract it to them, the expert.
