I highly recommend Shauna! I had a response within 30 minutes of me reaching out and a Friday night house call as soon as I was able to get home from work. All three of my plumbing issues were straightened out in no time, and even a rebuilt faucet instead of having to pay for and install a new one. I’m very happy and will be calling again for any future problems!

I had a plumbing stoppage in my rental property in Chattanooga. I called a plumber and without even trying he told me I needed all new plumbing. I decided to look for another plumber. I found SpeedDrains, the plumber is a lady. I honestly hesitated, then I decided that I should not let a bias stop me and it was the best decision, this lady did what the man didn't. She put muscle into the work and got it done for a very fair price. She also recommended the next step that I should follow to give maintenance to get more life out of the older galvanized pipes in my house. Do not hesitate she is great!

I have very reasonable prices. One reason I went into business for myself is because I'm not going to sell you something you don't need. I am also not going to charge an absurd amount. Price will depend on work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to make a great first impression. Rather you're a first time customer or a long time customer I will always make sure the quality of work is the same and I leave knowing my customer was completely satisfied 😃
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started at Roto-Rooter 4.5 years ago. I have had some of the best plumbers train me.
